Old cars, brought back to the road.

Blood Sweat & Wheels Garage is a small, owner-run shop in the northern Phoenix area. We focus on general auto repair, maintenance and diagnosis, plus restoration projects taken on one at a time. Work is by reservation, so every car gets real attention.

What we do

01

General repair & maintenance

Brakes, suspension, cooling, electrical and routine service — the everyday work that keeps a car on the road, done at a reasonable cost.

02

Diagnosis

Thirty years in technology plus a lifetime under hoods. Modern cars are full of electronics, and we are comfortable chasing a fault leveraging modern ODB Scanners and other hi-tech tools to diagnose and repair most issues. We will also serve as a second option for customers who are concerned with the cost or approach taken by other shops.

03

Restoration projects

Bring us the car you have been meaning to finish. We take on a limited number of restoration projects so each one moves, and you see photos as it goes.

04

Parts & upgrades

Help choosing after-market parts, and installation once they arrive. 3D-printed replacement parts for hard-to-find pieces are in the works.

About the shop

Forty years of wrenching, finally with a sign on the door

I started wrenching at twelve, helping a friend of my father restore a 1960s Porsche 911. I caught the bug and never lost it — daily drivers, friends’ cars, family cars, and restorations ever since. Right now my own 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible is the project on the lift.

Blood Sweat & Wheels was incorporated in 2025 and started taking clients this year. Our work is reservation only — which suits me: one car, one set of hands, start to finish.

PART OF THE SHOP BELONGS TO THE COMMUNITY

Teaching the next set of hands

We host events for teenagers coming up on driving age — the basics of maintenance and repair, hands on the tools. Someone did that for me at twelve. If one of them catches the bug, there is a job here for them.

Keeping people working

Most people need a car to get to work. For neighbors who are stuck, we do repairs at deeply discounted rates or at no cost — formally, through a non-profit we are forming.

Tell us about the car.

Work is by reservation. Send a few details and photos if you have them, and I will get back to you myself with what it will take.
